Beginner Basics Yoga
This class lays a foundation for a new yoga practice. We focus on basic alignment principles and breathing to create strength, balance, and flexibility thru each pose. Modifications for simplifying poses (as well as advancing them) are offered, so these classes are accommodating to all levels.
This class will undoubtedly improve your endurance, tone, muscles and shred your abs if you practice consistently with power and precision. Expect high intensity intervals coupled with toning recovery periods of resistance training that burn up to 800-1000 calories. Classes are suitable for all levels, set to upbeat music and your energetic instructor keeps you engaged by challenging your mind and body.
Incorporate free weights, high reps, and short rest periods to work your ENTIRE body and maximize calorie burn during and long after class! No matter what your fitness level, accommodations can be made for every exercise. Be prepared to push yourself!
FLEX & TONE
This class move through exercises that target the core, glutes, arms, and legs with a blend of dance, yoga and pilates. Expect a triple threat of functionality, fitness, and fun. No dance experience necessary!
FLOW & GO
Simple coordination of breath and movement bring us into a state of flow with this express 30 minute class. Give yourself 30 minutes to connect and slip into your bliss.
This class emphasizes breath awareness as we move gently from one pose to the next and then hold poses in order to obtain maximum benefits and avoid injury. You’re invited to explore your individual range of ability, and encouraged to get to know your own body. * The use of yoga tools (blankets, straps, blocks and chairs) can eliminate unnecessary straining and bring the body into natural balance. We offer great deals on bundles of props to add to your practice.

This light hearted class plays with a variety of ways to focus our life force: Prana! Loosely translated to mean Breath(what we do every moment of every day without even thinking about it) but also found through breathing, laughing and singing. Please bring an open mind!
REST & RELAX YOGA
Enjoy a slow and restful practice to release tension and unwind.
This class utilizes props to help the body surrender. Props bundles are available for purchase.
STRETCH & RELEASE
A great compliment to other more vigorous exercises, this session is designed to stretch muscles and release tension. Expect active stretching with focus on alignment.
Be prepared to feel the burn in this express 30 minute class! Expect a variety of fun from dynamic movement to long holds, and isometrics to circuit work!
