Strengthen your foundation and body awareness by learning basic yoga techniques! Lindy will highlight essential body cues as well as touch on basic yogic philosophy in this 3 hour workshop. This workshop is designed for any body at any level who wants to improve their practice!
* Lindy has practiced yoga for many years. Lindy’s first certification was in PiYo (Pilates and Yoga mix). She completed her RYT 200 hour level training through Yoga Yoga in September 2007 and an Anusara based RYT 300 hour level training in December 2009. She has studied under David Swenson, Srivatsa Ramaswami, Shiva Rea, Tiaf Little, and Christina Sell. If you really want to connect mind, body, and spirit you should attend Lindy‘s workshop. She is an amazing instructor who teaches from deep within her heart. You always leave her class with a feeling of peace and happiness.
