Until now, we have reserved these rates for families of people who all live in the same household. As an extra added bonus, we are welcoming your spouses to join you and your business family all on the same contract! This should make it really easy for your group to reach 6 people, which would give you the greatest savings we have to offer!

Since we are extending these special low prices to you and your co-workers, there are a few
provisions. Each member on the contract must provide:
1) proof of employment at business (most recent pay stub)
2) signature on contract/waiver
3) must be over 18, or have parent signature
4) before membership renewal, all members on contract must recertify their employment via pay stub
